Ronnell. C DuBose serves as the Executive Director for First Generation Student Success and Educational Opportunity Programs at Purdue University Northwest. He leads initiatives that support first-generation students through academic guidance, leadership development and access to opportunity, fostering belonging and student achievement across campus.
