Year-end Deadlines for DIV’s

Deadline to submit completed DIV’s to the Business Office via DocuSign, including personal payment requests, for payment in 2025, is November 24.

DIV payments will be processed on December 18 and will include payments that are due through January 4, 2026*

*Note: Vendor terms vary. For example, if a Vendor has Net Term 45 days, and the invoice has not reached Net 45 days by January 4, 2026, it will not be paid in 2025.
