Graduation regalia – cap, tassel and gown – must be purchased from the PNW Bookstore. Cap and gown orders will be processed Monday, October 3, through Thursday, November 17, 2022.

Join us for a writing workshop hosted by the PNW Writing Center! This workshop is targeted towards students who are developing a Curriculum Vitae for upcoming graduate school applications or future employment.
Graduate School – Thesis Deposit Deadlines
Friday, December 9 is the last day for graduate students to submit their thesis for first format review.
Graduate School – West Lafayette Approved Thesis Submission
Graduate students must submit their approved thesis by noon on Friday, December 16.
Graduate Students – May 2023 Graduate Plan of Study Deadline – Jan. 6
If you plan on graduating in May 2023, your plan of study must be received by the Graduate Studies Office no later than Friday, January 6, 2023.
Spring 2023 Classes Begin
Spring 2023 classes will begin on Monday, January 9.

Graduate School – May 2023 Graduate Candidacy Deadline
Graduate students that plan on graduating in May 2023, are required to notify their department of their intent to graduate no later than Wednesday, February 8, 2023. This can be done with an email to the department or to the Graduate Studies Office at grad@pnw.edu.
