First Gen Week 2025 at PNW

On behalf of the Office of First Generation Student Success, we are so thrilled to announce our First Gen Week 2025 at PNW happening November 2 through 8, 2025. This year’s theme, “Building Pride, Piece by Piece,” celebrates the strength, creativity and resilience that make up our vibrant first-gen community on campus.
Throughout the week, you will find exciting events, inspiring stories, and opportunities to connect with fellow first-gen students, faculty, and staff.
For the first time ever, we are so excited to host The Golden Brick Awards: First-Gen Excellence, recognizing outstanding members of our community who embody the spirit of perseverance and pride. Nominations are open NOW and we encourage you to nominate yourself of a person you feel is deserving of recognition.
Nominations will close, Sunday, October 19th so submit your nomination now!
