Microsoft Office 365
Office 365 is an online cloud-based platform that uses your @pnw.edu email to store files and media, provide collaborative opportunities, and sync across devices.
How to Obtain Access
- Login to Microsoft Office using your email@example.com email and career account password. You may be asked if the account is a personal or work/school account. Choose “Work or School Account.”
Use OneDrive to store up to 1 TB of files or media in the cloud for easy access, sharing and collaborating.
Use OneNote or Word to take and share notes with collaborators, chat and comment while working.
Use PowerPoint to design and collaborate on presentations and distribute to others.

- Use Sway instead of PowerPoint to create and share
