Gmail/Google Drive
Every student is provided with a Gmail account. Gmail is Google’s web-based email program, which provides users over 6 gigabytes of storage, fast Google search and powerful spam protection.
As part of Google Apps for Education, e-mail addresses are set to your PNW account username@pnw.edu. All official University information will be sent to this account. Therefore, plan to check for messages frequently.
Google Environment Scheduled for Retirement

In February 2026, the Google Workspace environment at PNW will be retired. Services such as email, Drive, productivity tools and more will transition to Microsoft 365.
How do I sign in?
- Type in your Career Account username and password.
- Click Login.
