Graduate Students – December Graduate Plan of Study Deadline
The last day for a plan of study to be received by the Graduate Studies Office is Friday, August 29, 2025, to graduate in December.
Last Day for 100% Refund for Fall 2025
Friday, August 29 is the last day to get a refund for full-term Fall 2025 courses.
Campus Closed: Labor Day
There will be no classes and the University will be closed in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 1.
Deadline to Submit Fall 2025 Application to Graduate
Students completing their degree requirements in Fall 2025 are required to apply to graduate by Saturday, September 14.
Deadline to Submit Fall 2025 Residency Application

The Fall 2025 career fair is being held for students and alumni of Purdue University Northwest that are seeking full time employment and internships across all industries and academic majors.
