Lump-Sum Merit Pool for PNW Faculty and Staff
Despite challenges in higher education across the country, PNW continues to be fiscally stable. As a result, we are pleased to announce a 2% merit pool for a lump sum, one-time payment in July 2025, to benefits-eligible Purdue University Northwest faculty and staff as recognition of the hard work, dedication and continued excellence shown throughout the 2024-25 year.
