New Associate Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Dear Campus Community,

We are very pleased to announce that Tim Griffin will join the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) as the Associate Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, effective May 1, 2023.

As the Associate Director, Tim’s responsibilities will include mediating informal complaints, investigating formal complaints, facilitating training, and serving as the ADA Coordinator and a Deputy Title IX Coordinator.

Tim comes to EDI from PNW Human Resources where, for the last three years, he has been the Associate Director of Employee Relations.

Prior to Tim’s employment at the University, he held positions at White Lodging Corporate Services and Majestic Star Casino and Hotel. He has extensive relevant experience and also earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from PNW.
