Payroll Procedures During Westville Campus Closure

Good Morning,

Due to severe weather and widespread power outages, the PNW – Westville Campus was officially closed from Noon on Tuesday, August 11 until 8 a.m. on Monday, August 24.

Employees will be paid as follows:

• All Benefits Eligible Faculty and Staff will receive regular pay for time scheduled but not worked during the designated times of the campus closure.
• Employees designated as essential personnel, who are required to work during the campus closure, will be paid at the regular rate plus time-and-one half for all hours worked.  Supervisors who have essential personnel who worked during the campus closure should contact Human Resources at X: 2251 for assistance with recording time in SuccessFactors.

Previously scheduled vacation or sick time during the campus closure should remain as originally approved in SuccessFactors.
