Introduction

Alexandra earned her M.A. In Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School and is currently a fourth-year student working towards earning her Psy.D. Degree in Clinical Psychology. She completed her undergraduate education at Ripon College in Wisconsin where she majored in Psychology and minored in French. She has previous clinical experience working with a range of presenting concerns and diverse clientele.

Currently, Alexandra’s primary areas of interest include trauma and identity work. Alexandra approaches therapy and conceptualizes from a person-centered framework, which emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and the therapeutic relationship between the client and the therapist. She also integrates therapeutic techniques from other theoretical orientations to individualize treatment to support and empower each unique individual and their needs.

In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys spending time with family, reading, playing her saxophone and engaging in various art projects.
