As a tenure track faculty, my focus is on advancing the state of the science, improving the education of nursing students, and providing service to my College and University.

Research Overview

My current research interests include understanding the perceptions of nurses who care for patients and families with substance abuse disorder, and improving the medication calculation proficiency of nursing students.
