Suryeon Kim is an Assistant Professor of Construction Management and Engineering Technology in the Department of Construction Science and Organizational Leadership for the College of Technology at Purdue University Northwest.
Research Overview
Professor Suryeon Kim’s research centers on the integration of data analytics to develop advanced managerial and technological solutions for capital projects. Her work focuses on enhancing data-driven decision-making by leveraging both historical project data and expert experiential knowledge—critical components for improving project efficiency, predictability and effectiveness.
In addition to her research on intelligent capital project delivery, Professor Kim is committed to advancing construction engineering and management education. She explores the use of technology-driven educational simulations to enrich student learning and foster deeper engagement with construction management concepts.
