R: Drive Retirement – July 12

We are writing to inform you of an important upcoming change regarding the R:\ drive mapping in your Windows File Explorer.

As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our IT infrastructure, the R:\ drive mapping will be removed on July 12, 2025. Our goal is to decommission the R:\ drive entirely on August 2, 2025. However, a backup of all data will be retained until August 2026 to ensure that no information is lost during this process.

As your devices check in after the change is implemented, you will no longer see the R:\ drive listed among your other mapped drives. We encourage you to take this time to review any files or data you may need to relocate from the R:\ drive to alternative storage solutions.
