Key Information

  • Who Can Apply:
    • Full-time PNW undergraduate and graduate students in good academic standing
    • Individual or group presentations are eligible
    • Faculty mentor required
  • Funding Available:
    • Up to $400 for eligible conference expenses (registration, approved travel, presentation materials)
    • Awards contingent on funding availability
    • Paid through Financial Aid (no cash advances)
  • Deadline:
    • Friday, May 1, 2026, (rolling applications accepted until this date)
  • Requirements:
    • Present research at PNW Days of Discovery on April 16, 2026
    • Application must be reviewed and awarded prior to the conference
    • Provide proof of participation (letter from organizer or official program/agenda) by the end of the month following the conference
    • Awards are disbursed only after proof is submitted
  • How to Apply: 
    • Submit application through the online InfoReady portal.
    • Include student and faculty mentor information, conference details, abstract (≤250 words), itemized budget and required attachments (registration/acceptance letter and mentor support letter)
