The deadline to apply for the PNW Undergraduate Student Stipend and Engagement Award is Friday, May 1, 2026.
The Undergraduate Research Grant Program supports PNW undergraduate students in pursuing research projects and academic engagement initiatives.
Key Information
- Who Can Apply:
- Full-time PNW undergraduates in good academic standing
- Individual or group projects eligible
- Faculty mentor required
- Funding Available:
- Awards may be used for student stipends (up to $10/hour), academic engagement travel, or related expenses
- Deadline:
- Applications accepted on a rolling basis
- Final deadline: May 1, 2026 (11:59 p.m. CST)
- Requirements:
- Complete CITI Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) training
- Obtain regulatory approvals (IRB, IACUC, Biosafety) if applicable
- Faculty mentor and Dean’s office approval required in InfoReady
- Present at Days of Discovery on April 16, 2026
- Submit final project deliverables

- Include applicant information, proposal narrative, budget and faculty mentor approval
