2025-2026 PNW Remote Work Guidelines and Agreement

Good Morning,
As part of our continued efforts to support a productive remote work environment, any staff members working a remote schedule will need to renew their Remote Work Agreement (RWA) for the 2025-2026 year.
Next Steps
- Supervisors and employees are encouraged to review the Remote Work Guidelines for important information regarding expectations and requirements associated with working a remote schedule.
- Employees working remotely will need to review and complete the Remote Work Agreement (RWA).
- New for 2025: To streamline the process, we are excited to announce the Remote Work Agreement is now available as a DocuSign Power Form. Once the form is completed by the employee, it will automatically route to their supervisor for approval, with a final copy sent to Human Resources.
