As part of our refresh, we’re introducing our new name, new dining stations, expanded menu options and more ways to customize your meal, meaning there will be more choices to satisfy every craving!

Meet Our New Stations
Scratch: Fresh Made Kitchen
Craving a complete hot meal? Scratch will feature daily rotating chef made specials for lunch and dinner, giving you something new to look forward to every day of the week. With an ever-changing selection, Scratch is the perfect place to discover your next favorite meal.
Crafted: Craft Your Cravings
Need a boost between classes? Craving something sweet? Crafted has you covered with a lineup of craft beverages including smoothies, refreshers, agua frescas, frozen coffee, milkshakes, lemonades, and limeades. Whatever your vibe, we’ve got a drink for you.
Customs: Build Your Own
Create your own flavorful itinerary at Customs and experience a delicious meal that is uniquely yours. Choose your protein, bread, cheese, sauce, and a variety of toppings to build your perfect burger or sandwich. PNW Meal Plan options are also available, including a burger, chicken sandwich, or ultimate grilled cheese with fries.
Ember: Pizza & More
Craving pizza? Ember will offer a variety of favorites, including cheese, sausage, pepperoni, and gluten-free pizzas, with a rotation of specialty flavors that will light your fire. You’ll also find chicken wings and tasty sides like garlic knots and breadsticks, giving you plenty of options to build your meal.
Golden Grill: Classic Grill Favorites
Golden Grill is your destination for classic comfort foods you love. Choose from hot and fresh to go hamburgers, cheeseburgers, black bean burgers, grilled or crispy chicken sandwiches, and chicken tenders, with a selection of sides including fries, tater tots, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. Keep an eye out for other rotating favorites throughout the semester.
The Nook: Breakfast Favorites
Breakfast just got a whole lot tastier. The Nook will feature favorites like cinnamon rolls, breakfast pizza, biscuit and croissant sandwiches, gluten-free breakfast combos, and many other hot rotating items, breakfast pastries, and quick bites.
Sub Studio: Made Your Way
Build a sandwich as personal as your playlist at Sub Studio. Choose from a sub or a wrap and fill it with your favorite proteins, veggies, sauces, and more. Pair it with a side and make it a combo!
Allergen Zone: Your Stop for Allergy-Friendly Favorites
This dedicated station will provide additional options for guests looking for meals that accommodate their dietary needs. And remember, allergy-friendly options are also available at each food station upon request, so you can enjoy more of the Café’s offerings while finding options that work for you.

These new stations are designed to give our campus community more variety, more flexibility and more opportunities to find something you love. With new menu offerings alongside familiar favorites, there will be something for every appetite.
In addition to the many exciting changes happening at the Hammond campus, the Westville campus will now offer students the opportunity to use their meal plan at the Gallery Café.
