Graduate School – December 2023 Candidates – Graduate Candidacy Deadline
Graduate students need to confirm their intent to graduate with their department no later than Wednesday, September 13, 2023. This can be done with a simple mail to your department or to the Graduate Studies Office (grad@pnw.edu).

Fall 2023 Commencement ceremonies will be held indoors at the Hammond campus on Saturday, December 9, 2023.

Spring 2024 Late Registration Ends
Late Registration ends on Friday, January 12. Be sure to have any class schedule adjustments made by this date.

In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, campuses will be closed and there will be no classes.

Spring 2024 candidates for graduation must apply to graduate in myPNW.
Deadline to Submit Spring 2024 Residency Application
Submit residency application and supporting documents to the Registrar's Office.
Summer 2024 Registration Begins
Summer 2024 registration opens to all PNW students on Monday, February 26.
Spring 2024 Commencement
