Summer Research Experiences for Teachers

Please share with your family and friends about a paid professional development opportunity for high school and community college teachers at PNW Summer 2023 as described below.
We will be hosting a six-week professional development program this summer for high school and community college teachers in STEM areas.
The program is titled Research Experiences for Teachers (RET), and introduces teachers to computer simulation and visualization tools used for research in industry.
RET is sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF), and will run from June 12 through July 21 at the PNW Hammond Campus at the Center for Innovation through Visualization and Simulation (CIVS). The deadline to apply is March 10. Stipend for the six-weeks is $6500.
