Description of Classes

Chair Yoga

In a chair yoga practice, many traditional yoga movements are adapted so they can be safely done while seated or while holding onto a chair for balance. Participants may perform gentle stretches, slow strengthening movements, and breathing exercises that focus on relaxing the body and calming the mind. Even though the movements are gentle, chair yoga can still improve physical fitness and overall well-being.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a slow-paced and calming style of yoga that focuses on simple movements, light stretching, breathing, and relaxation. It is designed to be easy on the body and accessible to people of all fitness levels, especially beginners, older adults, or individuals recovering from injury or dealing with stress.
