    October is Exercise is Medicine® Month at Purdue University Northwest

    Since 2021, PNW has been recognized by the American College of Sports Medicine for its commitment to the Exercise is Medicine® On Campus initiative. This year, PNW's dedication to campus wellness and the ongoing efforts of the PNW Center for Healthy Living earned the university the distinction of an Exercise is Medicine® Gold-Level Campus.

    Purdue University Northwest (PNW) has been awarded gold-level status by Exercise is Medicine® On Campus (EIM-OC), a community impact initiative of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), for its efforts to create a culture of wellness on campus.
