Persistence and Resilience: Envisioning what Institutions can do for Faculty

13th Annual Conference for Assistant Professors

 September 15-16, 2022

Attend in-person (at Purdue West Lafayette) or live virtually

The conference will include a keynote address and three panel sessions:
  • Thinking Critically about Mentoring: Insights from Mentors and Mentees
  • Individual and Institutional Responsibility in Building Productive Work Environments for Faculty
  •  Preparing for Tenure and Promotion: Building a Dossier

It will also feature a workshop focused on Practical Tips for Wellness in Our Everyday Lives.

Over the course of the conference, attendees will have opportunities to network, share information, and learn from colleagues within and beyond the Purdue system. Although this conference targets assistant professors, the strategies and insights offered at the conference sessions will be useful for all faculty members, and all faculty are invited to attend.
