Integrating AI Into Your Teaching

TOPIC: Create and Operationalize an AI Policy for Your Course; Teach Students How to Prompt

In this presentation, Dr. Mark Mabrito, AI Faculty Fellow, will present three custom AI tools he has created to help participants formulate course policies and teach / improve students’ prompting skills with generative AI.  Custom AI tools will include: Classroom AI Policies; AI Policy Builder for Research Writing; and Prompt Crafter-Create Better Prompts When Communicating with AI.

 

“Integrating AI Into Your Teaching” is a series of interactive virtual sessions designed to introduce faculty to innovative AI tools and applications that can enhance teaching and research practices. Led by AI Faculty Fellow Dr. Mark Mabrito, Professor of English. These sessions provide a unique opportunity to explore cutting-edge technologies in a supportive, collaborative environment.
