First NSF RET Site in Northwest Indiana
A Research Experiences for Teachers (RET) Site will be established at Purdue University Northwest (PNW)’s Center for Innovation through Visualization and Simulation (CIVS) and Steel Manufacturing Simulation and Visualization Consortium (SMSVC).

NIPSCO Representatives Visit CIVS
Vice President of Safety Technology at NIPSCO, Russ Viater visited CIVS on Wednesday, February 12th. The purpose of his appointment was for reviewing the virtual safety training simulators and discuss they might be potentially used at NIPSCO.
