Opportunities for the Implementation of Process Models in the Steel Industry
This talk by Dr. Brian Thomas will introduce the development, verification, calibration, validation and implementation of process models, and describe how tremendous advances in computing power have transformed computational modeling since its early beginnings in the 1970s.
Fall 2026 Career Expo
The PNW 2026 Fall Career Expo is a career fair for students and alumni of Purdue University Northwest that are seeking full time employment and internships across all industries and academic majors.
Fall Break
PNW will observe Fall Break on Monday and Tuesday, October 12 and 13, 2026. There are no classes, but campus offices are open, with some exceptions.
Thanksgiving Break – Campuses Closed
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, there will be no classes from Wednesday, November 25, through Saturday, November 28.

Campus Closed: Labor Day
There will be no classes and the University will be closed in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 6.
