How to Make an Appointment

The PNW Counseling Center is open throughout the summer! All services are completely confidential and available at no additional cost to currently enrolled PNW students (enrolled in classes for summer 2025 or fall 2025*).

* Newly admitted students who haven’t taken a course at PNW over the past year are eligible to begin receiving services at the start of the fall 2025 semester.

In-Person and Telehealth Options

Counseling services are provided both in-person on the Hammond campus over the summer or via telehealth (student must be physically in Indiana during the telehealth appointment).

Making an Appointment

Come into the Counseling Center, located in the Riley Center, Suite 104 on the Hammond campus during summer business hours.

Monday to Thursday

  • 8 a.m. to noon
  • 1 to 4 p.m.

Friday

  • 8 a.m. to noon
  • 1 to 3 p.m.
