Innovation Dinner: Nikkei Night
May 19, 2026 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
$50The innovation dinner gatherings are designed to bring together innovators, entrepreneurs and creatives from across Northwest Indiana!
Join us for our first Innovation dinner featuring Marcos Hori, founder of MEGUMI, a clear Nikkei kitchen concept inspired by the vibrant fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. This evening blends global food, local entrepreneurship and meaningful conversation in a relaxed, creative setting.
This evening will also include a short, informal conversation with Marcos about his journey building MEGUMI and bringing a new global cuisine to Northwest Indiana. Throughout the night, guests will engage in guided discussions designed to spark new ideas and connections across industries.
This is not a typical networking event — it is a curated supper club experience centered on food, ideas and connection.
This exclusive experience is limited to 30 guests and costs $50 per person.
