The Roundtable Perspective: Shakespeare’s Rosalind

Paul Hecht, associate professor of English at Purdue University Northwest, joins host Thomas J. Roach on Lakeshore PBS to discuss the Elizabethan character Rosalind and her importance in Shakespeare’s works as well as the works of others. Hecht is in the process of writing a biography of this character and how she influenced characters in literary history.

New episodes air Friday at 8:30 p.m. and replay Sunday at 10 a.m. each week.
