Give your brain a workout and get to know others at PNW!
Research shows that intellectual challenge and social connectedness are two factors that can contribute to brain health throughout the life span. Developed by the University of Illinois Extension, each session of Wits Workout embraces a unique theme to facilitate discussion on an important topic related to brain health – exercise, diet, sleep, short- and long-term memory and many more!
