Intramural Bowl Pick ‘em Contest – Entry Deadline

This event is open to all PNW students and employees
Rules to Play:
- Fill out the form below and email to Matt Dudzik or drop it off at the FRC or DSAC check-in desk
- Rank each game 1-42 (1 being least confident and 42 being most) and circle the winner of that bowl
- You cannot use the same number twice
- Prize to the winner of the most wins and most points (two separate winners are possible)
- No money involved
