Summer Camp and Conference Housing
At University Village, we love bringing people together! From our annual programs and events to the exciting camps and conferences each summer, we’re proud to welcome visitors from all over the world and keep our community filled with energy and connection.!

The standard room includes:

Room Rate
$30 per night, per bed needed.
we have different types of rooms and different halls but that does not change the cost for the stay. This does not include the 5% innkeepers tax or the 7% state of Indiana sales tax.

If your group will be hosting campers/participants who are under the age of 18, you will need to complete a few more steps before your stay.
- Please ensure you have 1 adult for every 8 campers/participants if the camp is staying overnight
- Visit Purdue Youth Protection page to make sure as the program director you follow the steps needed for your camp/conference
- You will need to register and be approved prior to arrival, the purpose to let the University that there will be minors on campus
- If you haven’t already, your chaperones will need to complete registry checks.
- If your camp has insurance, please ensure the coverage is adjusted to include Purdue and meets our required coverage standards.

Rules during camp/conference stay
- Smoking/Tobacco use is prohibited in Purdue University Northwest Campus and within 20 feet of all entrances of the community.
- Illegal drugs may NOT be used or possessed in Purdue University Northwest property.
- Alcohol is NOT permitted at Purdue University Northwest Housing.
- Weapons are prohibited in Purdue University Northwest Housing.
- Gambling is prohibited in Purdue University Northwest Housing.
- All members of the group must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and all University Statutes, regulations and Housing guidelines while on campus.
- Members of the group and are required to comply with the instructions of Purdue University Northwest Housing Staff.
- Participants will not be allowed guests (known as outside guests) outside of the list provided by the Conference Contact, other than parent/guardian that is approved by the Summer Conference group leadership. No overnight outside guests will be permitted.
- All Group members and guests must be appropriately dressed when in public areas
- Purdue reserves the right to sever an Agreement with a Group member or staff who, in the sole discretion and judgment of Housing/University officials, represents a threat to the health or safety of University students, employees, or others in the campus community.
- The Conference Contact is responsible for all damages caused by its members.
- Emergency numbers are posted in public areas in the buildings. Conference group leaders are responsible for informing their Group members.
- Parking is available in any space that is not labeled “Faculty/Staff” or “Preferred” parking.
- Cleaning and Damages: Apartments should be left clean and undamaged. Any cleaning or damage charges will be invoiced back with payment due within thirty (30) days.
- Furnishings in the common areas of the Residence buildings may not be relocated or removed. Furnishings from rooms or common space in suites may not be relocated outside the suite. Furniture in the suite must be put back in its original spot.
- Conference participants must carry his/her assigned Camp ID Card with them at all times.
