Summer Housing Rates

Purdue University Northwest offers convenient and comfortable on‑campus summer housing for students who want to stay close to classes, research, campus jobs or local internships.

Summer residents enjoy apartment‑style living, access to campus amenities and a supportive community environment throughout the break.

Want to add a Summer term to your current contract?

Complete and submit a Summer Extension Form. If you do not complete the extension form by April 10, you will have to complete a summer term-only application.

  • Four-bedroom Summer extension contract: $1,375
  • Two-bedroom Summer extension contract: $1,600

There will be an additional charge up to $200 for the extension of your contract.

Need housing for the summer and don’t live with us?

Complete a Summer ONLY housing application. Completing an application includes the application, application fee, deposit and immunizations.

  • Four-bedroom Summer ONLY contract: $2,063
  • Two-bedroom Summer ONLY contract: $2,400

Important Deadline: Students must submit their summer housing application no later than April 24 to secure a space.
