Center for Healthy Living Open House

Learn how the Center for Healthy Living (CHL) at PNW can help you from start to finish!
During the open house, you’ll be able to tour our center, meet our providers and learn about our services. The CHL is located in the Riley Building, across from the Fitness and Recreation Center, on the Hammond campus.
The CHL provides primary care, health coaching, healthcare navigation and more!
Primary Care
- Preventive care: Annual physicals, flu shots, vaccinations, screenings
- Primary care: Blood pressure checks, allergy shots, sinus infections
- Continual care: Management of chronic conditions like diabetes and obesity
Health Coaching*
Our no-cost health coaching and wellness services can help you with:
- Chronic condition management
- Tobacco cessation
- Weight management
Medication Therapy Management*
CHL pharmacists can help you identify possible drug interactions and assess side effects from your prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines and supplements.
Healthcare Navigation*
Find providers, get referrals, ask questions about your health plan, learn about the Healthy Boiler Program and more.
Telehealth
Our dedicated virtual Telehealth team is available 24/7 statewide to provide:
- Sick care visits
- Prescriptions
- Medical advice
*Health Coaching and an abundance of wellness education sessions and programs are available at no charge for benefit eligible employees and covered spouses.
