Our sessions are led by leadership experts from both the academic and business world, giving you the latest research-based leadership content and the most current skills to add to your tool kit.

LNI Masterclass will be the second evidence-based leadership course offered through the Leadership Institute. While Leadership Northwest Indiana (LNI) sets the stage for understanding leadership, the Masterclass zooms in on the leader as an individual and their interpersonal dynamics with others. The topics are focused on deepening self-awareness, self-regulation, and understanding others.

The program is especially suited to:

Mekisha Richardson focused on the development and implementation of youth leadership programs and works with the local business community as a resource for leadership development, one-on-one leadership coaching and customized professional development workshops.
