Kajal Jain teaches practical, responsible AI for business, hands-on skills to write better prompts, speed decisions, build agents and automate routine work.

Biography

Kajal Jain is an AI systems strategist and product/GTM leader who helps organizations use artificial intelligence safely and practically to drive measurable results. She has led AI architecture and go-to-market initiatives across North America and Europe with experience spanning Whirlpool, Panasonic, LVMH, Salesforce, and Amazon Private Label.

Kajal serves on the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association (CIMA) board and mentorship committee and is the founding lead of CIMA’s AI Education Program, which she actively designs and teaches.

A frequent speaker for marketing and leadership groups, she delivers hands-on training in prompting, data-driven decisioning, and no-code automation. She partners with Purdue University Northwest’s Leadership Institute on professional education and will teach Empresa AI in January 2026, a practitioner course on agentic workflows and responsible adoption.

Kajal holds an executive education in Product Strategy from Kellogg and a B.S. in Marketing & Business from Purdue University Northwest and is a proud PNW alum.
