Alicia Napules
Academic and Student Success Advisor

Introduction
Alicia has worked at PNW since 2021 and currently advises in University College. She enjoys advising because it is more than helping students choose classes. It is about helping people see possibility in themselves, sometimes before they can fully see it on their own. As a first-generation advocate, educator and proud Region woman from East Chicago, Alicia understands how transformative access, guidance, and genuine support can be.
Her background in student development has taught me that students do not just need information; they need someone willing to listen, advocate, encourage, and help them navigate spaces and systems that can feel overwhelming. She loves advising because it allows her to build meaningful relationships, empower students to find their voice and direction, and remind them that their goals, experiences, and stories matter.
Alicia loves working at PNW because “PNW is my home… it truly feels personal. As a proud alumna and now a professional serving students, I have experienced first-hand the way this university invests in people, potential, and community. PNW gave me the foundation to grow not only academically, but professionally and personally, and being able to now pour back into students in the same spaces that shaped me is incredibly meaningful.”
