As a doctoral student, Ian is also engaged in research grounded in feminist and critical perspectives, with a focus on improving the well-being of sexual and gender minorities. His research explores topics such as masculinity, gender dynamics and the intersection of spiritual and sexual identity.
Ian primarily integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring his approach to meet the individual needs and goals of each client.
