Introduction

Maria is an Assistant Professor in Purdue University Northwest’s College of Nursing. She leads practice-based scholarship and education innovations, including a mentorship framework, Team-Based Learning and tabletop simulations to boost leadership, decision-making and interprofessional collaboration.
