PNW Day of Giving Challenge Winners: Thank You

May 6, 2026
A student in the PNW Food Pantry holds a Purdue Northwest Day of Giving "Thank You" sign.

Dear Colleagues,

We are deeply grateful for your continued support of PNW students. Your belief in what they can achieve and your willingness to give made a meaningful difference once again during PNW Day of Giving.

Our most recent giving effort resulted in a powerful collective impact across campus and beyond. Together, supporters contributed 3,118 gifts totaling more than $1.6 million. This extraordinary level of engagement also elevated PNW to second place among 66 participating units across the Purdue system for total gifts received.

I also want to recognize this year’s Bonus Challenge winners, whose creativity, energy, and commitment helped drive engagement across campus:

  • Most Donations: Athletics with $508,978
  • Most Gifts: Athletics with 1,557 gifts
  • Beat Your Last: College of Technology with a 160% increase in participation

Beyond traditional giving challenges, we also saw outstanding creativity and spirit in our social media engagement challenges:

  • Most Creative Social Post: Food Pantry
  • Faculty/Staff Power Hour: Women’s Flag Football
  • Celebrate a Decade Social Post: Career Center
  • Alumni Power Hour: Honors College

Every gift, every message, and every moment of participation came together to create something truly meaningful for our students.

Because of your impact, students at PNW will have greater access to opportunities, resources, and the support they need to succeed. Thank you for helping change students’ lives through your commitment and generosity.

With sincere appreciation,

Lisa Goodnight
