PNW Welcomes New Executive Director of Institutional Research
Please join us in welcoming Ashlesha Pawar as the Executive Director of Institutional Research.
Ashlesha comes to PNW from University of West Georgia where she served as Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment. She has more than 10 years of professional experience in higher education including experience at five national higher education organizations, representing both public and private institutions.
Ashlesha earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics and an MBA in Information Technology from University of Pune, India before attaining a master’s degree in computer and information systems from University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Working in various roles, she has experience with the processes associated with providing data and analyses for data-driven decision-making, data governance, strategic planning, accreditation, assessment, and managing various institutional needs.
Since Ashlesha brings expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, assessment, and accreditation, she and the IR staff will be providing data support for the upcoming strategic planning process, Excellence Evolving.
