Purdue Federal Brings ATM and Video Teller Service to PNW

Purdue Federal has opened an ATM and interactive video teller at the PNW Hammond campus, giving students, faculty, staff and community members a convenient way to manage their finances.

Purdue Federal Credit Union (Purdue Federal) is proud to announce the opening of a new ATM and interactive video teller at Purdue University Northwest (PNW), giving students, faculty, staff and the surrounding community a convenient way to manage their finances without leaving campus. Purdue Federal marked the milestone with a ribbon-cutting event, open to the public, at 2410 169th Street, Hammond, Ind.

The ATM includes video teller functionality, connecting members to a live representative on screen so they can complete many of the same transactions they’d handle at a branch, including deposits, withdrawals and transfers, right from campus. It’s one more way Purdue Federal is bringing convenient financial solutions closer to our members.

“This is another step forward in our market expansion efforts in Northwest Indiana and in strengthening our partnership with PNW,” said Darrick Weeks, president and CEO of Purdue Federal. “We’re proud to bring convenient, full-service financial tools directly to the PNW community, and we look forward to growing alongside them.”

The ATM and video teller are now open to the public at 2410 169th Street, Hammond, Ind., and members of the community are welcome to stop by and see the new technology firsthand.
