
Seed Funding for Academic Books Program – Application Deadline

The Seed Funding for Academic Books Program is intended to support faculty who have already secured a book contract or are preparing a book proposal.
Application deadline is Monday, October 6, 2025.
Additional Information
- All full-time faculty may apply. If the grant is awarded to a team, the lead applicant (PI) is responsible for submitting the final report, as well as managing the budget.
- The project period is from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026.
- Funds may be used for release, summer salary, student salaries, consultants, travel and supplies. Funds cannot be used to support unrelated activities or purchase items normally unallowable under Purdue procurement policies.
- Project narrative may not exceed 3 pages. References are excluded from the total page count.
