Good morning,

Some users may be experiencing issues connecting to the “eduroam” Wi-Fi network. Many of these connection errors can be resolved quickly by following these steps:

1. Forget the “eduroam” network on your device.

  • Laptops: Right-click the “eduroam” network name and select Forget.
  • Mobile devices: Go to your Wi-Fi settings, tap the information icon or long-press “eduroam,” and select Forget Network.

2. Reconfigure your connection: Open a web browser and navigate to https://cloud.securew2.com/public/62946/nw-prd-eduroam/. Follow the on-screen setup instructions.

3. Sign in correctly: When prompted, log in using your username@purdue.edu (do not use @pnw.edu) alongside the same password you use to sign into PNW computers, email, etc.

If, after following these steps, you are still unable to connect to the network, please email, call, or visit the CSC. You can also check the PNW IT Status page to confirm that there are no current outages that may be impacting your ability to connect.

Thank you,
