Welcoming Tracey McElree as Director of Donor Relations & Development Operations

I am pleased to announce the arrival of Tracey McElree as the new director of Donor Relations and Development Operations at Purdue University Northwest. Tracey brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, and operational leadership that will greatly benefit our team and institution.

In this new role, Tracey will lead our efforts to foster deep, lasting relationships with our generous donors, facilitating stewardship strategies that highlight the impact of their contributions and inspire future support. She will oversee all aspects of donor relations, including our gift acknowledgment processes, donor recognition programs, and endowment reports, ensuring personalized and timely communications that enhance donor satisfaction and retention.

Additionally, Tracey will play a critical role in driving our broad-based annual giving campaign and providing strategic guidance to Directors of Development. Her leadership will extend to managing annual giving, donor communications, development operations, scholarship coordination and ensuring seamless coordination across departments, including collaboration with the Purdue for Life Foundation.

Tracey’s commitment to data-driven fundraising strategies will help us better understand donor preferences and enhance our prospect management efforts. With her background and vision, I am confident that Tracey will help elevate our development operations to new heights.
