During a Crisis

Being a college student can be stressful but sometimes that stress rises to the level of crisis needing immediate assistance.

The Counseling Center is available during business hours to help you if you are in crisis. Before walking over, please call (219) 989-2366, if possible, and let the staff know that you are in crisis and are walking over to the office.

When you arrive, a Mental Health Provider will help you as soon as they are available.
