Join us as we talk about How to Eat Better, the fifth installment of our Life’s Simple 7 health education workshop series!
Matthew A. Ladwig, Assistant Professor of Integrative Human Health at PNW, will cover the following topics:
- Understanding facts and myths about quitting tobacco
- How to make a plan to stop smoking
- Tips for successfully quitting smoking
- Free pulse oximeters will be provided to the first 15 attendees
