PNW Hospitality Summer Camp

Join the College of Business’ White Lodging School of Hospitality and Tourism Management as it presents the PNW Summer Hospitality Camp.

This fun and explorative five-day summer camp is offered to local high school students to explore their interest in Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM).

This year’s camp will focus on the food and beverage sector of the hospitality industry. Students will participate in culinary activities in the HTM Kitchen labs and classroom instruction in college setting.

Camp Details

Throughout the week, campers will also benefit from expert faculty/staff and current HTM students/alumni through interactive presentations and hands-on activities. Topics include menu brainstorming and design, sanitation and food safety, preparation, cooking, dining etiquette, food cost and serving.

Ages 14 to 17

Meeting Times

Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
