Dear PNW Students,

As we approach the finish line of the semester, I want to pause and recognize the hard work, focus and determination you’ve shown throughout the term. Finals mark the culmination of your work this semester and provide an opportunity to reflect on just how much you’ve learned and accomplished. You’ve put in the work—and you are ready.

As you prepare for exams, please remember to take care of yourself. Prioritize rest, stay hydrated and give yourself moments to reset. If you need support along the way, know that resources across campus are available to help—whether that’s academic support, student advocacy services, counseling center services, accessibility center resources or simply a place to take a break and regroup.

Once finals are complete, I hope you enjoy a well-deserved winter break in ways that feel restorative and meaningful to you. We look forward to welcoming you back in 2026 for a spring semester full of new opportunities and continued success.

To our graduates: Congratulations on reaching this remarkable milestone! We are incredibly proud of all you have achieved, and we hope you take time to celebrate this accomplishment—you have truly earned it.

You’ve got this!
