Fall 2026 Classes Begin
PNW is welcoming back all students for another semester. First day of classes is Monday, August 24, 2026.
Graduate Students – December Graduate Plan of Study Deadline
The last day for a plan of study to be received by the Graduate Studies Office to graduate in December is Friday, August 28, 2026.
Campus Closed: Labor Day
There will be no classes and the University will be closed in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 7.
Fall 2026 STEM Industry Fair
The STEM Industry Job Fair is a business casual networking event for students and alumni of Purdue University Northwest that are seeking full-time employment and internships in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
Graduate Students – December Graduate Candidacy Deadline
Wednesday, September 9, 2026 is the last day to declare candidacy for degree for December 2026 graduation. Please notify your program of your intent to graduate.
Deadline to Submit Fall 2026 Application to Graduate
The deadline to submit your Fall 2026 Application to Graduate is September 13, 2026.
Deadline to Submit Residency Application
The deadline to submit your Residency Application is September 15, 2026, by 4:30 p.m. CST
Fall 2026 Career Expo
The PNW 2026 Fall Career Expo is a career fair for students and alumni of Purdue University Northwest that are seeking full time employment and internships across all industries and academic majors.
Fall Break
PNW will observe Fall Break on Monday and Tuesday, October 12 and 13, 2026. There are no classes, but campus offices are open, with some exceptions.
Thanksgiving Break – Campuses Closed
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, there will be no classes from Wednesday, November 25, through Saturday, November 28.
